The journey of a chef begins with their first step into a kitchen. For Reif Othman of the eponymous Reif Kushiyaki in Dubai (Michelin Bib Gourmand), the journey that started in Singapore has led him, finally, to this moment in Cairo where he personally brings his signature twists on Japanese cuisine to Sachi, Park St (No.40 MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025) with Sachi’s own Aly Ghadban. Together, the pair will blend their signature stylings of Japanese techniques through a tasting menu that balances finesse, artistry and showmanship.

Expect 5-6 courses inspired by Japanese techniques featuring signatures of both Reif Kushiyaki and Sachi.

Dinner is complimented by an EgyBev wine pairing. Guests are also welcome to bring their own preferred wines.
