Tamara Rigo, the daughter of the Dolomites, comes together with Farah El Charkawy, Cairo’s Queen of Pastry, to present a whimsical brunch where pastry takes center stage at Farah’s newly opened Fôu flagship venue. From savory to sweet, consumers will go on an exploratory journey into the intricacies of the delicate art of patisserie.


Expect 4-5 courses, inspired savory & sweet creations in an interactive experience that challenges the boundaries of the art of pastry.


Brunch is complimented by Curated mocktail pairing. Guests are also welcome to bring their own preferred wines.

Tamara Rigo | Pastry Chef | Dolomites, Italy

Normally, Tamara Rigo creates desserts in the best kitchens of the world under the guidance of South Tyrolean star chef Norbert Niederkofler. After stints in Bangkok, England, and Australia, she was for a time the head pastry chef at “Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura,” the master chef’s fine Italian restaurant in Beverly Hills, where she also earned her first Michelin star. Recently, she returned to her homeland of South Tyrol and is now part of Norbert Niederkofler’s team. For example, she designs the dessert creations for the three-Michelin-starred “Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler” and accompanies Norbert Niederkofler to Saudi Arabia to support his training project for young Saudi chefs. In addition, she travels with him around the world for short pop-up events.
